In order to offer the best every day, we have improved the original secret recipe of our Cheese Master, third son of the founders of this family company. In addition, a very strict selection procedure of the farmers guarantees an excellent raw material. In this way, this P.D.O. Manchego with 6 months of ripening is born. 

It is a classical-style cheese. Times are respected and the calm necessary to get the final bouquet is guaranteed: the artisan PDO Manchego cheese Cerro Lobos is a gastronomic work of art.
