- Training, coaching, and raising awareness among our workers so that they can carry out the system's requirements and create a culture of quality, food safety, environment, and occupational risk prevention. This ensures their competence related to food safety and the environment.

- Continuity of the Master Cheesemaker's traditional recipes so that our singular products and exclusive flavours are deployed throughout the world.
